This course provides students with little to no electronics knowledge a strong foundation on the designs of electronic IED’s and how to defeat the circuitry. The course is built around the concept of learning by building. If the student knows how to build it, he/she knows how to beat it. The majority of the course is spent constructing functional circuitry with a wide variety of different components. The course culminates in circuit speed calculations, as well as undetectable wire diagnostics and attack. Some of the various cirrus built include: light sensitive, dark sensitive, collapsing, digital vibratory, analog and digital switches and PIR.
